Hongming Sheng manufactures custom steel frames based on customer drawings, samples and project requirements. Our fabrication scope includes cutting, welding, assembly and surface finishing for industrial and mechanical applications.

| Overall Dimensions | Length, width, height, member layout and installation space. Include the drawing revision and any fixed external dimensions. |
| Load and Application | Supported equipment or intended payload, load locations and operating conditions. Provide the structural design and any required validation criteria. |
| Mounting Interfaces | Hole patterns, mounting faces, brackets and mating components. Identify the critical dimensions that must be checked after assembly. |
| Supply and Delivery | Fully assembled or detachable configuration, hardware scope, packing requirements and target delivery date. |
Material Options: Carbon steel for custom steel frames, with stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized sheet components available for project review.
Sheet and Plate Thickness: 0.2–20 mm for fabricated components, depending on geometry and process. Frame member sections and thicknesses are confirmed from the project drawing.
Processing: Cutting, forming, welding and mechanical assembly according to the approved fabrication scope.
Finishes: Powder coating, painting, galvanizing, brushed or mirror finishes, and anodizing for suitable aluminum parts. The finish is reviewed together with the selected material.
Drawing Formats: DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP and IGS. Other native CAD files can be reviewed on request.
Complete Welded FramesDefine weld locations, assembly dimensions and mounting interfaces. Include the overall shipping envelope and any surfaces or features that need protection during transport. | Frames with Removable MembersIf the design includes bolted connections or detachable parts, provide the connection layout, hardware requirements and assembly information. The packing format can be reviewed before fabrication. |
We support prototype frames, small batches and repeat manufacturing based on approved drawings. Quotation and lead time depend on material availability, frame size, fabrication complexity and finishing requirements.
